Which European country has the most smokers?

Europe’s highest rates of smokers can be found in in Greece (38%) and Bulgaria (35%). The lowest rates of smokers can be found in Sweden (11%) and Finland (19%). Overall, the use of tobacco products dcreased by two percentage points from 2012 to 2015 (26% vs. 28%). 26 percent of Europeans still smoke.
